Bag Flattener – BK- BFT- Belt Sandwich

The drive units are using 2 units of 0.4KW 3 phase motor to drive.

The belt is using 2 ply PVC “AMMERAAL” belt.

This design will have better shaping of bag compare to the roller type.

The sandwich function can be by pass by activating the valve to lift up the upper conveyor.
The drive pulley is diameter 139mm and take up diameter is diameter 119mm.

This design will have better effect of flatten.

Station Conveyor, BK-STC- Bag

The rollers are using “INTERROLL” precision bearing rollers.
Motor power is 0.4KW, 3-phase 415V, “SUMITOMO”.
The V-belt is using the: “MITSUBOSHI” red tape high resistance belt.
The first 3 rollers are come with the rubber sleeves.
The clearance in between the rollers will allow the gripper fingers to slot in for pick up the bags.
The center belt will help to transfer the bags more positive into the station conveyor.

Cam Adjusted Accumulation Live Roller,

Pop up roller concept. It is safe as the rollers will pop up if anything is jam in between the rollers.

• Roller pressure can be adjusted using the cam pressure plate.
• Max length up to 30M is possible.
• Max roller width up to 1.2M
• Center belt using 200mm and 300mm width.
